Why did I leave BP and join Ryze?

Over the summer, life shifted and I needed to take a mental break from going live every day. That pause gave me the space to reflect—not only on my personal well-being, but also on the direction I wanted my business to grow. During that time, I realized there were aspects of the company that no longer aligned with my values, and even the jewelry styles I once loved weren’t sparking the same excitement.

When the Halloween stacks were approaching, I thought the collection might reignite that passion. But when the designs were released, they didn’t meet my expectations. As someone who has been a loyal BP customer since 2020, my heart has always been with the retro styles, and it became clear that the new “Luxe”-inspired designs just weren’t for me.

Then Ryze launched their Halloween stacks—exactly the kind of creativity, detail, and style I had been hoping for. I started watching more Ryze consultants and ordering pieces to experience the quality firsthand. And once I did, I found myself wondering: What if this is where my next chapter should be? What if it’s time to transition from BP to Ryze?

That question sparked the beginning of a new and exciting direction for my journey.

Here are the key factors that made my decision unmistakably clear:

  1. No Back-Office Fees
    Ryze charges zero monthly back-office fees. In comparison, BP required $19.95 plus tax each month just to maintain access to their consultant website.
  2. No Credit Card Processing Fees
    With Ryze, consultants aren’t charged credit card processing fees. BP charged 2.5% per order—even for orders that were later canceled—which became a continual added expense.
  3. Free Customer Shipping
    Ryze provides free shipping directly to customers. BP required consultants to set flat-rate fees based on tiered weights and pay $9.99–$19.99 monthly to access their partnered shipping platform. Ryze even allows automated customer emails—at no additional cost.
  4. A More Consultant-Focused Compensation Plan
    Ryze’s compensation is based primarily on your sales, not on building a team. You can earn substantial monthly bonuses without relying on downlines. While Ryze still offers downline earnings, your income isn’t dependent on recruiting. With BP, earning a bonus above $200 essentially required building a team.
  5. High-Quality Sterling Silver Jewelry
    Ryze offers solid sterling silver collections with consistent quality. With BP, I noticed higher price points paired with jewelry that began turning my fingers green—sometimes within just a couple of hours—something that hadn’t happened when I first joined in 2020.
  6. Leadership That Inspires
    Watching Ryze’s owner, Cindy Lee, introduce upcoming collections and share the meaning behind the designs genuinely moved me. Her passion, authenticity, and down-to-earth presence immediately resonated. In contrast, BP’s “Behind the Bling” did not inspire the same connection—I even created my own versions for my viewers to avoid showing faces or voices.
  7. A Streamlined, Enjoyable Trade System
    While BP has recently introduced trades, Ryze’s trade experience is far more intuitive, engaging, and consultant-friendly. The trade games and simplified process make it fun rather than complicated.
  8. Consultant-Driven Custom Charm Opportunities
    Ryze empowers consultants to participate creatively. By attending conference within the eligibility window, you can design your own charm and name the bracelet theme for the Consultant Staxx Collection. You even receive your custom Staxx as a gift, and later in the year customers get the chance to reveal your design. BP limits design input to only higher-ranked reps.
  9. An Innovative Replenishment Program
    Ryze offers a replenishment system that automatically recycles your inventory cost back into a dedicated fund each night based on what you sold that day. This removes the need for constant out-of-pocket restocking and keeps your 25% weekly profit and monthly commission separate for easier budgeting. BP deposits everything into your wallet immediately—minus fees and taxes—making it more difficult to distinguish profit from replenishment funds.
  10. Direct Deposit Payouts
    Ryze pays weekly via direct deposit to your chosen bank account. BP used PayQuicker, which involved additional fees and longer processing times when transferring money to your bank. Direct deposit with Ryze is faster, simpler, and more convenient.

There are many more advantages I could list, but these core differences alone made the choice clear. Ryze simply aligned better with my values, my goals, and the direction I wanted my business to grow.
